It is The 13 Step Dance in a format you can use on your smart phone.
Available - in English - for iPhones and Android phones. (Not available for iPads).
Buy it from the Apple App Store (iTunes) and the Android App stores.
The welcome screen directs you to the Dance Floor (Dance), a short video clip (video), or the rich information section.
The Information section contains several 'layers' in which you can find:
