These are the 7 original 'Dances', which are all available in Norwegian:

De 3 Indre-Ytre Dansene: For å rollespille en dialog
1. 13 Trinn Dansen: Lær og praktiser de grunnleggende ferdighetene
2. Integrering & Kontakt Dansen: Internaliser prosessen og utvikle kontakt
3. Flyt Dansen: Forbli inderlig, uansett situasjon

De 4 Indre Dansene: For å transformere indre prosesser
4. Selvempati Dansen: Ta deg tid til selv-ivaretakelse, indre klarhet og myndiggjøring av deg selv.
5. Sinne/Skam Dansen: Omgjør sinne og skam til konstruktive indre tilstander, for å gjenopprette kontakten med det som virkelig teller.
6. Utdanner/Velger Dansen: Utforsk noe du har gjort som du angrer på, på en måte som leder til ekte selvakseptering.
7. Ja/Nei Dansen: Beveg deg forbi indre konflikt og usikkerhet for å ta en beslutning du ikke vil angre på.

DANCE FLOOR EQUIPMENT - Intention Frame + Inner-Outer Divider

Intention Frame
This lilac stain ribbon (25mm wide, 12m long) defines the transformational space of a Dance Floor. Use with all the Dance Floors. 

Inner-Outer Divider
Use this rainbow silk/polyester scarf with the three 'Inner-Outer Dances: the 13 Step Dance, the Integration & Connection Dance, and the Fluency Dance.

A manual for NVC trainers, practice groups, and anyone wanting to use the NVC Dance Floors alone, with individual clients or in workshops. 71 pages, including 14 pages in colour.
